Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. If something really bad happens, we'd be happy to consider offering store credit, with verification.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our sauces are packages with the upmost care, in special packaging. So, any damaged shipments should begin with photos of the unopened package.
